Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Can I copy these CD's?
A: Well...of course you are able too.  But we would sure appreciate you buying the number of quantities you want to download.  But hey, we really want this information out there to help as many people as it can.  So you do what you feel is right for you.  We will be fine either way.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: There shouldn't be any shipping costs associated with a digital download.  But we may, in the future, offer products on this site.  In that case, you will be able to view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What kind of doctor is Dr. Jack?  He sounds brilliant!
A: He is an Upper Cervical Chiropractor.  Specializing in Neuro-musculo-skeletal balance.  As he says: "Structure underlies function.  The function is never any better than the structure that underlies it.  When the structure is in balance the function will follow."  He specialises in the NUCCA technique (www.jackstockwell.com)  But you're right, he IS brilliant!  That is why he has had such a popular radio show for 14+ years!  There is hardly a subject he can't talk about.  Just try it!  Play "Stump the Doctor!"  But be prepared to lose!
